CLIPS was founded by Tammy Pena to collaborate with people, teams, and businesses to understand their custom implementation and then design and deliver training content that simplifies complex processes.

Having worked for Hewlett Packard for over 14 years in systems implementation and the training environment, Tammy has a keen eye for understanding what user groups engage with, and how to get the best out of them, by providing training and supporting material that stands out and achieves its purpose. 

 

Focused on creating smart, provocative, and conceptual face to face training, training videos and user guides to engage with staff and improve the adoption of new software systems. She believes through constant exploration of typography, imagery and illustration, the training environment can transcend the typical approach and provide something with style.
